Random beats i compiled together in 2007. Alot of these are LOST due to MANY hard drive malfunctions. Story of my life. Still a good listen… G’head and turn that shit up.

About 3-4 years ago, I came up with the idea of dropping a compilation consisting of EVERY remix I’ve done through out the years. If y’all know me, I’ve done hundreds of remixes, some of which aren’t accounted for. Initially I made plans with a few on dropping this project, even got my boy Dyce to do the artwork. Long story short, nothing came out of it, got sidetracked with other shit and the ReMixtape got swept under the rug. Fast forward to present time, my good homie Bloodshot, like everyone else… got tired of the delay. He took it on his own to take all of the tracks in his possession and make this ReMixtape happen. Shout out to Steef Louch. You are more than appreciated G.
So here it is.
Bloodshot & SickaThanYourAvergage presents…

Posted this jawn about 3 months ago, on some preview type ish, but now… here’s the full download. TopTeam debut album out (sometime) this year. And it IS what you think it is. Offensive raps & hardcore beats. MonoLove.
OH and exclusive freebie joints for anyone who can guess what I sampled for this. References are accepted as well. My TV heads SHOULD know the deal.

Summer of 2009, I get an email from this DJ out in ATL, asking if i could rework a joint from a group he’s working with, Hollyweerd. I ain’t know shit about them so i did some research, heard some of the music and i was sold. Now, we ain’t talking about lyrical gawds or anything like that, but the vibe, the feel of their songs were dope as fuck. What stood out the most was ALL these guys rapped about were their threads. I guess you can throw some women & nightlife in there, but overall, it was about the clothes. Which drew me into the song i was sent, “MEMBERS ONLY”. You know, them cool jackets from the 80’s. Anyway, long story short… i knew they wanted/expected some typical of the shit i did at the time, that soulful boom bap. NAH. I went left field, tapped into my ignorant side of my brain, & crafted some crazy wild ass 2 Live Crew, bass, booty & quad type joint. Shit i’d imagine strippers out MIA would rock to. Turned out great. Obviously it was slept on, but shit… this gave me a chance to create outside of the box.
OLDIE.
Welcome back Earlyman.
